Traditional Kiddush Menu for Bar / Bat Mitzvah Luncheons and other Simchas
- Bagels served with cream cheese and butter
- Smoked salmon, garnished with onion, cucumber, tomato, and capers
- Whitefish salad (add a whole whitefish for an additional $50 each)
- Egg salad OR deviled eggs
- Vegan olive tapenade OR artichoke dip
- Traditional tuna salad OR bowtie tuna pasta salad OR tuna croquettes with spicy tartar sauce
- Assorted cheese platter with crackers and flatbread
- Baby spinach salad with beets, oranges, onion, cucumbers, and carrots in balsamic dressing
- Noodle kugel with apple raisin filling OR assorted quiches (no meat)
- Miniature potato knishes with deli mustard OR potato vegetable kugel
- Asian noodle salad in spicy Thai peanut sauce with red pepper, mushrooms, and scallion OR Greek orzo salad with broccoli and feta
- Green bean salad with diced red pepper and carrot in a citrus marinade OR purple cabbage, carrot and red pepper salad with lime vinaigrette

- Assorted cakes and pastries featuring our fabulous homemade rugelach and baklava

The fine print:
- Price does not include synagogue mashgiach fees, kitchen use fees or additional insurance (client must pay these directly to the Temple)
- Grape juice and challah are the responsibility of the client
- Price does not include centerpieces and tablecloths and linens for seating (buffet table cloths are supplied within caterer’s color stock)
- Any wine or alcohol served is the responsibility of the client (The Omelette King does not serve alcohol)
- Additional staff fees apply depending on the size of the party
- Facility must be placed in “ready to go” condition for the event and furniture will be left “as is” following the event
- Removal of trash by caterer, with no on-site accessible dumpster, will incur a $100 removal fee
