  • Baby spinach salad with beets, oranges, onion, cucumbers, and carrots in balsamic dressing
  • Noodle kugel with apple raisin filling OR assorted quiches (no meat)
  • Miniature potato knishes with deli mustard OR potato vegetable kugel

The fine print:

  • Price does not include synagogue mashgiach fees, kitchen use fees or additional insurance (client must pay these directly to the Temple)
  • Grape juice and challah are the responsibility of the client
  • Price does not include centerpieces and tablecloths and linens for seating (buffet table cloths are supplied within caterer’s color stock)
  • Any wine or alcohol served is the responsibility of the client (The Omelette King does not serve alcohol)
  • Additional staff fees apply depending on the size of the party
  • Facility must be placed in “ready to go” condition for the event and furniture will be left “as is” following the event
  • Removal of trash by caterer, with no on-site accessible dumpster, will incur a $100 removal fee
